This page explains what data yourcmo.marketing collects, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD & LSSI-CE).
1. Who is responsible (data controller)

2. What data is collected
- Analytics: if you accept analytics in the consent banner, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (
_ga,_ga_HBZSWTR1J1) and processes: a pseudonymous client ID, pages visited, referring URL (including UTM parameters), approximate location at country/region level, device and browser type, language, time on page, and outbound click events (e.g. clicks on the WhatsApp CTA). - Consent record: the consent banner (Klaro) stores your choice in a first-party cookie
klaro-consentso it does not re-appear on every visit. - Before consent: with consent denied or not yet given, GA4 runs under Consent Mode v2 with storage disabled, no analytics cookies are set, and no personal data is sent to Google.
- Off-site contact: clicking the WhatsApp link opens a conversation in WhatsApp. What you choose to send there is governed by Meta's WhatsApp privacy policy, not this one.
3. Why this data is processed
- To measure how the site is found and used so it can be improved.
- To attribute referral traffic from client sites (UTM-tagged credit links) and measure the click-to-WhatsApp conversion.
4. Legal basis
Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22 LSSI-CE. You can withdraw or change consent at any time via the "Privacy preferences" link below or by deleting the klaro-consent cookie in your browser.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4). This involves a transfer to the United States, carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (where applicable) and Standard Contractual Clauses. No other third parties receive your data from this site.
6. Retention
Analytics data is retained according to the GA4 property settings (default 2 months for events; up to 14 months for user-level data). Your consent record is retained for up to 365 days (cookie lifetime); it is reset if you clear the cookie.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability with respect to your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact the data controller above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
8. Cookies in use
klaro-consent: first-party, 365 days, stores your consent choice (always set)._ga,_ga_HBZSWTR1J1: set by Google Analytics 4 only when analytics consent is granted; used to distinguish unique visitors and analyse sessions.
9. Manage your preferences
Open the privacy preferences banner to change or withdraw your consent at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
If material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and, if the changes affect consent, the banner will re-appear on your next visit.
